We want you to love your Mockberg pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original Mockberg packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
